PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work within a multi-functional, interdisciplinary account team to develop innovative training programs that meet our clients’ needs and exceed their expectations.
○Client Service - Understand your client’s business, brands, and organizational structure
○Develop great relationships and build trust with your clients
○Participate in and manage strategic processes with Directors and Partners
○Ensure strategic pull through of all work through creative and production processes
○Protect the integrity of the brand (strategy, identity, creative, messaging) as we deliver key initiatives
○Solution Delivery - Define and plan project workstreams and deliverables including building and managing bottom-up budgets and timelines across deliverable types
○Track project accruals and manage client billing and invoicing
○Lead the execution of strategic learning programs to drive the tasks, timelines, and outputs on time and on budget
○Steward efficient, organized project processes with quality outputs
○Be the expert in internal and client review processes

Position offers competitive pay with benefits based on experience and qualifications:
●Salary Range: $115,000-145,000
●The salary range provided represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at Coefficient Health. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational need. Salary is only one component of the total rewards package offered at Coefficient Health, and we encourage you to apply if this range falls outside of your expectations.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: We seek highly motivated individuals with a strong track record of professional achievement who can bring intellectual curiosity, determination, and creativity to our client work. You must have the following qualifications:
●Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field (pharmaceutical, pharma advertising, medical communications, public relations, consulting or life sciences)
Proven experience designing and delivering a broad range of learning programs for commercial teams, including but not limited to:
●Launch learning curricula for new products, indications, or therapeutic areas
●Skills‑based training programs (e.g., selling skills, account management, customer engagement, objection handling)
●Role‑specific learning pathways for sales, marketing, market access, and field medical teams
●Blended learning solutions that incorporate eLearning, virtual instructor‑led training, live workshops, microlearning, and performance support tools
●Competency‑based development programs aligned to commercial capabilities and business objectives
●Training needs assessments and gap analyses to inform program design
●Measurement and evaluation strategies to assess learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
●Familiarity with Veeva
●Client relationship management experience
●Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills
●Superior organization skills and exacting attention to detail
●High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word
●Familiarity with project management tools like AirTable, SmartSheet, routing tools
●Disciplined self-starter and team organizer
●Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment with an adaptive workflow
●Attention to detail and proofreading skills
●Bachelor's degree (communications, healthcare, science)
