Copy Supervisor

New York, NY
Full Time
Mid Level

Coefficient Health is seeking a Copy Supervisor who is an exceptional writer, intellectually curious thinker, and enthusiastic problem-solver. This full-time role is for someone who wants to shape brands, solve complex communication challenges, and elevate the work around them.

About Us, About You

Based in New York City, and launched in early 2023, Coefficient Health is a full-service healthcare marketing agency designed to be more like the commercial leaders we partner with. We bring science, strategy, creativity, and execution together to help pharmaceutical and biotech brands create meaningful change.

Our model calls for multidimensional talent. Here, you will have the opportunity to think outside of a narrow creative lane, digging into science, interrogating strategy, developing big ideas, and finding smart ways to bring them to life.

Are you curious by nature? Are you excited by taking on challenges without an obvious answer? Do you care deeply about language, but also want to understand the strategy, science, audience, and business problem behind it?

We are seeking exacting writers and editors who can recognize the difference between copy that is technically correct and copy that genuinely connects, generous collaborators who contribute to the team while taking personal ownership of your work, and people who bring enthusiasm to the process—even when the subject is complex or the timeline is tight.

If you’re ready to challenge yourself, expand your capabilities, and help shape the work rather than simply execute it, we’d like to meet you.
