*Candidates must have pharmaceutical advertising experience**We are looking for current Art Supervisor or Group Art Supervisor experience*
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong digital creative across websites, IVAs, banners, social posts, and other platforms
- Create effective visual solutions that align with brand strategy
- Maintain and evolve the creative direction and vision of the brand
- Participate in strategic and promotional planning for the brand
- Assist in the distribution and management of brand projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and estimates
- Actively contribute to strategic and tactical meetings
- Collaborate with copywriters, account managers, strategists, and project managers to maintain positive client relationships
- Participate in client strategic meetings, market research, and work plan development
- Present ideas and creative solutions confidently in client-facing settings
- Mentor and oversee direct reports—currently one Art Director

- Strong digital expertise across websites, IVAs, banners, social media, and more
- Thorough knowledge of assigned therapeutic categories and pharmaceutical marketing restrictions/requirements
- Solid understanding of the science and market dynamics of assigned brands
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to: ⎻ Communicate deep knowledge of assigned brand and overarching disease state ⎻ Present your own work and the team’s work to clients ⎻ Navigate and manage challenging situations internally and with clients
This position offers competitive pay with benefits based on experience and qualifications.
The salary range for this role is $125K to $145K per year. The salary range provided represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at Coefficient Health. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational need. Salary is only one component of the total rewards package offered at Coefficient Health, and we encourage you to apply if this range falls outside of your expectations.
